Illustration

Barbara Robinson, as an art director and illustrator,
has won Awards of Excellence from the American
Institute of Graphic Arts, Bookbuilders West,
the New York Society of Illustrators, and
Communication Arts. She lives a high life on
one of the lower hills in San Francisco.

Author

Elihu Blotnick’s first book SALTWATER FLATS
(BBM Associates, 1975) was reviewed by the
New York Times as “powerful and very personal
images of contemporary America.” He is also
the author of RUSSIAN HILL (California
Street, 1982), a small but enduring book of
poetry, and MYSTERIOUS MR. BLOT.
